Our core team have decades of experience working with offenders and ex-offenders in probation and social services. We are uniquely placed to deliver our programme: we are locally networked, with good links with local employers, accommodation providers, benefits agency, NA, AA, mental health services and the Cambridgeshire Probation Service. These close working relationships are crucial to delivering an effective and productive service to our mentees.
